roboRIO download permission
Hey all I see similar threads along this line, but nothing exactly the same. Our programming group just got their hands on a new roboRIO, and after imaging and firmware updating, we can't consistently run code to it. We get an error something like our "host computer IP is not allowed to" connect to it.
What are we fouling up? Thank you! |

What is the exact error you get, and when exactly do you get it? There are several things which might be wrong, and each has slightly different symptoms. |

Re: roboRIO download permission
Alan,
Yes, I knew a vague reference would be an issue. I was working from a poor and aging memory; therefore at this point I can't post a verbatim. I guess I was looking for some simple things to try since I don't believe we've worked ourselves into a unique situation. I'll post the error precisely during our next meeting. Thank you for replying. |

Re: roboRIO download permission
Alan,
We were able to overcome the problem. Thank you for checking in on CD. I have another question about cameras I'll be posting in a different thread. Basically, does someone have a VI that takes 2 cameras and pipes them to one window on a driver's station selectable by a joystick button. That is our next hurdle. Sam |
