And why, does a robotics team need to invest in a remote controll car?

Fun?
Some of it is a fun factor, we also thought it could be used as promotional or something, since we originally planned on driving it around the pits at the different regionals....

Because they're fun to drive and even more fun to build/fix/upgrade. All the parts are completely independent and replaceable. A lot can be learned about simple mechanics too. They handle much like their big brothers so their is also the aspect of race tuning. Best of all, they attract onlookers and eveyone wants to know where you get it or if they can drive or how much it costs.
So, hurry up and go get one already!!!! I would have gotten one last week but I have 8 cars already and not enough space or time for them all. |
