Yeah, can't believe I am actually going to reply, but here goes....
17.5 years old, pisces....... 4th year robotics member, and second year as driver. I have been known as the 'gearbox' girl, and most recently known as 'Moose'. Most people usually come looking for me at competitions for information. I have read the rule book close to a hundred times, and always carry mine with me. Be afraid, if there is information available on your team, I know it. I am currently awaiting for admissions letters to come back from Penn State, WPI, and Olin College. I have only heard back from Mansfield University so far. I have been told that I care way to much about everything I do. I have also been told because of this, I tend to be a very dominate person, and have an attitude problem when I am frustrated or mad. Outside of Robotics I manage to accomplish few things. I mentor two lego teams. I am a 13 year Girl Scout, and recipient of the Silver Award. I am a volunteer at the Skilled Nursing Unit. I play marching, concert, and musical pit band. I specialize in flute, piccilo, and piano. I work at a bed and breakfast. I am active in my church. I enjoy the German culture, festivities, language only because of my 'extremely' German family. I am also a dancer - jazz, modern, lyrical, tap, toe, ballet, and sometimes spanish. I have performed at Lincoln Center in NYC. I enjoy cycling, and going on trail tours. anyone who wants to chat, feel free to reply, e-mail me, or message me on MSN (chucknmoose)....... My name is Ryan (every one calls my Brandenburg)... Im 16 till 1/28/03... I tried to speak German but gave up... I do like science and engineering tho (hence y im in FIRST)... Watch what you say, that can be taken many ways, including in some which may be considered offensive. As stated before, this thread is designed for people to describe themselves free of criticism, such that everyone can get to know everyone else a little better. I'm trying to preserve this thread as productive, rather than allowing it to become what it became last year.
(although i must admit, the lobbing of fruits and vegetables is somewhat amusing)
