Team 401 would like to present our 2016 Doswell and District Champs competition montage. We have thoroughly enjoyed our competitions so far, and would like to thank all our alliance members, parents, and volunteers. It has been a great year, and we have had a truly amazing experience.

A few honorable mentions:

122: First in Doswell, then in District Champs we took turns being alliance captains. Together were able to tie and then set the district high score. We loved playing with you guys and we can't wait to see you all at Worlds!

2914&2028: Great alliance members. We couldn't have gotten as far as we did without you!

1086: 'Grate' robot as always. You've been a strong opponent all season, we wish we could have played together once or twice instead of always opposing each other! Good luck in St. Louis.

1610: You guys played some amazing defense against us, almost shutting us down during quarterfinals. It was scary but fun going up against you.


Good luck to all teams going to Worlds, especially all our friends from the Chesapeake District.

Congrats on what in all honesty is my favorite robot I've ever seen out of you guys. You guys had a freaking awesome season and really cool high goal bot!

And don't be offended but you'll always live on as hokie guard in my mind!

1610: You guys played some amazing defense against us, almost shutting us down during quarterfinals. It was scary but fun going up against you.

If we hadn't broke down at Hampton Roads 122 would have seen the same thing there. We played against you (401) at Southwest...but didn't do so well.
Our driver was a rookie driver....beware....we have him for three more years.

I remember 401's win at VCU back in 2005...we were the winners the next year.

What a great montage! We never got to work with you in an elimination alliance, however it was immensely fun playing against such a challenging opponent. Having attended all three events with you so far I think its safe to say that shooter is wicked powerful.

This robot by far has the coolest trajectory in the CHS district. (what can beat a straight line) The shooting on this robot is terrifyingly strong. Excited to see the laser beam back at worlds!

401, the pleasure is all ours. Your robot is a high goal killing machine (probably would kill a human if it hit them with a ball). I say lets pair up again at Worlds and take this thing home. Finals 2 on Einstein when we are winning by a long shot, lets see if your shooter can shoot all the way from the field.

That would be awesome! I hope we get to team up again in quals at least! And we'll definitely come find your pit at Worlds.

It's not quite full court, but we did hit a 41 foot shot in our shop!
