Location of Forms?
Where are some of the registration sites/forms? I couldn't find the disney release form, nor the SME registration page. I know not all of the new info is up yet, but is any of that? I haven't had much luck navigating on the new site.

SME site is here http://www.sme.org/first-sme/index.html and i don't think they have released the disney release forms yet
