Friendly reminder: OCCRA 2016 rules are well written and available 24x7, please see the link below. Pay attention to item: GR24: What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You! and FG2. As far as custom machining and fabrication, APPENDIX A has listed every machine that's legal for 2016 season.
