Is it the same for the KOP zip file?
Try a different computer.

I get the password popup for both.

The password is released at the end of the Kickoff broadcast.

pdf file size here is ~9.96MB in case it's a file transfer problem.

I still haven't seen the firmware for the OM5P-AC radio yet. Will that be part of the technical documents released after Kickoff or will we need to search elsewhere?

My guess is the radio update utility will be installed with the 2017 Update Suite. Might be posted here:http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/ma...nav:pdl/q/FRC/

What Browser are you using? With Firefox, select Save Link As... I would have thought that that saved the link itself, but it downloaded 10.2 MB of data.

Firefox and Linux both describe the file as 10.2MB. However, if you do file browser on it, the number of bytes should line up perfectly.

My file is described as "10.4 MB (10,444,146 bytes)".

Where did you get your numbers? I just downloaded the old manuals from http://www.firstinspires.org/resourc...-documentation and I get:

2016 - 114 (game) + 126 (admin) = 240 pages
2015 - 65 (game) + 59 (admin) = 124 pages
2014 - 111 (combined)
2013 - 94 (game) + 67 (admin) = 161 pages
2012 - 91 (game) + 73 (admin) = 164 pages
