Team 1241 THEORY6 is also excited to share our 2017 Business Playbook. Since our inception in 2004, we have always been working towards refining our processes to understand what works best for the team and our students. From years of continuous improvement, we have compiled a document which outlines in detail what processes we have seen to be most effective in team management, sustainability, the Chairman’s Award submission and more.
We are presenting the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) community with this document to help teams learn from our processes. This is a resource to understand what step by step guidelines and tips should be taken into consideration to create a strong team dynamic, become a difference maker in the community, and thus becoming a role model team for others to emulate. This document highlights the following topics: Team Timeline, Team Structure, Outreach, Sponsorship, and the Chairman’s Award Submission.

I like drifting, but I have to go WRC. Putting a car where it doesn't belong feels right, like combining together drill motors and power window motors and putting them on a big patch of carpet.
