If anybody who wants to be a game announcer eventually could record a section or two, that would be fantastic.

Are you looking for one for accessiblity reasons? If so two options for you:

1. use the reader built in to Acrobat Reader. I just tried it on the manual and it does a decent job.

2. From the manual:

A text-based version can be provided only for use with assistive devices for visually and hearing impaired persons, and not for redistribution. For more information, please contact frcteamadvocate@firstinspires.org.
