roboRIO Web Dashboard Doesn't Show Device Settings

When I try to connect to the web dashboard everything shows up fine. However, when I go to the device settings page and click on a device to change the settings, it says the device can't be found and to check whether it's connected to the network. It does this even for the roboRIO itself.

I'm using Internet Explorer, and "device settings" is checked as an enabled feature on the installed features page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Just curious, did you login as admin? There is a login link on the top right corner.

Re: roboRIO Web Dashboard Doesn't Show Device Settings

Is the roboRIO in safe mode? (status light blinks in sets of 3). If so, power cycle it (without touching the reset button on it) and that should fix it. If not, call the help line - 1 866 ASK MYNI (275 6964)

If the device can't be found, it could be an electrical problem. Check the CAN wiring for all devices. If you can't see any devices, the beginning of the can bus could be damaged, so double check that the roboRIO is correctly sending CAN traffic.
