Predictions for Chairman's Winner Districts & HOF

This is to put some predictions as to who you believe to win at your District, District Champs or World Championship to get some other teams informed, and also to keep it as a record that you predicted such a team winning!

It would be nice to also know why you think that team deserves the award and at which Champs they would be competing a for HOF!

For those of us not familiar with these teams, please explain WHY you think they will win, as well as their team name and locations for a better frame of reference.

503 Frog Force from Novi, Michigan will win at the FIM DCMP and at North Champs. Frog Force has won Chairman's at our state champs for 7 years straight (correct me if I'm wrong) with 18 total Chairman's award wins since 2005 (again, correct me if I'm wrong). 604 is a team in that same area that should be in the conversation as well... They've won Chairman's 9 out of the last 10 years...

3132 is a good pick for the Southern Cross event and South Champs... you know.. getting a whole continent going and such...

987 is a great pick for Utah and South Champs... just a matter of time for them.

987 just won the chairman's award at worlds and entered the Hall of Fame, and can't go for Regional CA again for 5 years (and I believe most HOF teams don't go for RCAs after the 5 year period anyways).

There's a number of incredible contenders for Chairman's at Tech Valley this season. We'll have two divisional Engineering Inspiration winners from the past two years (3990, 195), last year's regional Chairman's winner (229), and a number of very strong teams seeking their first Chairman's win (20, 250, 3044). It's a close call, but I personally think that 3990 has an amazing program and could pull off a win, because of the programs in their school district, and efforts to spread FRC to the French-speaking community.

HOF predictions are 3132 or 1540 (South), and 503 (North).

Could be wrong here, but IIRC both of these teams are attending South Champs, not North Champs.

hmm just another thought, what underdog teams do you think might come up and possibly take the win?

For example in 2015, lots of teams predicted 987 to win HOF and 597 (the actual winners) went under the radar but clearly stood out to judges as they may not have been in the 'limelight' or as big as some other teams.

Who do you think has a high chance?
