SmartDashboard doesnt open with DriverStation
 The SmartDashboard will not open automatically and I have tried many different things to fix this issue. Here is all the information i have on the system and all of the file paths used: O.S: Windows 7 Professional File path to the .jar file: DashboardCmdLine = ""C:\\Users\\Team2996\\wpilib\\tools\\SmartDashboa rd.jar"" Here are more images that relate to the problem: Preferences on the SmartDashboard:  The current lines of stuff for SmartDashboard: Please let me know so that i can get this fixed as soon as possible thank you!
