RoboRio Imaging Error: Novice Coder

This is an error that I am getting while trying to image the RoboRio:


Unable to download image to target. Unable to complete operation
because of unexpected errornisyscfg.lvliblnitialize (Helper).vi:

What is the solution?

Double check that:

1. Your firewall is disabled
2. Nothing is plugged into your computer except the roboRIO
3. Nothing is plugged into the roboRIO except the USB cable connected to your computer and power.

If reimagining after checking those things still does not work, try booting into safe mode:
