pulling up gear on airship

hi

When the gear is placed on the peg does the robot need to be out of the way to pull up on the gear or can we pull up on the gear while the peg/gear is still engaged with the robot.

Oh sorry I read the question wrong, you CAN lift the gear while it's engaged with the robot, that's what my team I'd doing
