No. It is actually counting down to 9:00 AM, which is the time it starts here... it automatically adjusts depending on what time zone you are in, so it always counts to 9 o'clock anytime.

I know this was pretty stupid, I could have written something in PHP in about 5 minutes that runs off of the server clock, which never changes. Well anyways, as of now, the current count is:
