Fouling Robot
If robot A is on the Red alliance and robot B on the Blue alliance, and if robot A is on top of the ramp waiting for the end of the match to receive the king of the hill points and robot B is coming up the ramp and can not get on the top so robot B lifts the back end of robot A in order to foul robot A, but not enough to tip it over. Is this legal? Or do we have to lift the whole robot? Thank You.

OK, from what I read, robot B lifted up the end of robot A but DIDN'T get to the top before the end, and that robot A is still touching the top and the rest of it is over the top, supported by robot B. If that's the case, robot B gets no King of the Hill points, robot A gets 25, and I'm not sure about any other rules. I gotta read that manual...
