Used Parts

I was wondering if we were to buy a rebuilt or used transmision would we be required to list it as fair market value for a new transmition, or would it be fair market value for a used one?

Thanks

I would say that if you bought it as a used part, you could list it at the price you paid for it. If it was something you have lying around, you'd need to list it at "fair market value" for a new one.
