Ehhhhh. Welcome to the future of moviegoing. They'll get you in the previews (prime bathroom break or snack errand time) or they'll get you during the film (Like the Mazda RX8 in X2. OK they have a Lockheed jet and the best they could come up with is a Mazda? How 'bout a Lambrigahni?). Resistance. is. futile. ![]() |

*breathe*... 2nd showing opening day, Matrix: Reloaded, party of 10. *breathe*... 8...... can't stand the wait. And then I have to do it again in a couple months, and then a month after that.
Guess what I'll be doing either evening of May 14th or morning of the 15th...... watching the first Matrix again. *breathe*.. |

10PM, May 14th.
In San Francisco (~40 miles away). School the next day will probably be taking the backseat, on Thursday. |

Time magazine movie critic Richard Corliss wrote a recnt article about the movie and gave away most of the movie !!!
He has since earned the wrath of many Matrix fans and producer Joel Silver. That was not very graciously professional of him! I bet the flick will still earn 120 million opening weeknd even if they gave away the spoilers on live TV. |

That article gave away things but it's fine... if I don't see anything too special then I don't care. It's all about the visuals.

So is anyone going to buy the Animatrix video?

I would pay for it even if it only contained the Animatrix segment by Peter Chung. I've been wanting to see something from the creator of Aeon Flux for such a long time, and almost had to change my pants when I heard he was going to be producing one of the Animatrix pieces. By the way, as seen on /., there's the first review of The Matrix: Reloaded online. Apparently the author was expecting more than action / sci-fi from this movie. Oh well, I'm still very excited about seeing it. ![]() |

Of course I'm buying it... I'll go check now to see if I can preorder it at Amazon or something.
