- you spend more time at school building and driving than you do at home
- when you realize that your shop is your home for 40 days.
- school goes by and all you can do is think about robotics
- a teacher gives you time out of class to go to the shop to get your homework done.

- When your son's teacher asks about the measurement of the bumper from the floor and me being mom and yet not involved spew out the answer because i heard it to many times

- When I am mom wake up at 5:30 on a saturday before coffee to drive my son to robotics so he can be the first one there and get a jump on it. (still trying to understand what part he is "jumping" on)

- When you as a mom sign on to a forum that son uses to post about how i am becoming addicted and i have not even touched the thing yet.

Since I almost never date guys that go to my school that's not the case, but I DID convince my best friend to join the team so I could see her more often.

you know your'e addicted to FIRST when...

- you try to make a flash game involving all the robots that were made, in a head to head combat.(that would be cool though!)

- you know the profiles of every team intentionally(without it being your job), and know their history, and everything about their bots.

- you get into a fight with another guy who says something wrong about FRC

- you don't talk to your friend anymore because he/she gave someone else wrong info about first by accident

- you yell at your teacher because he/she spelled FIRST, not in capital letters lol!
