HELP!- installing 3DS MAX

I am trying to install 3DS Max 4.2 on my computer. Once it starts up the install window and goes through a few things, a window pops up that asks you to read the software license agreement like any other program. I click I agree and then next. that window closes and I am back to the install wizard. I click next there and the software license agreement pops up again. It is a continuous loop. PLEASE HELP!!
