Well, the problem is in getting teams to collect the same data. It's easier to use a system like FBI which is more of a "portal" for scouting data than to try and create one unified system.

I think if we could create not so much a unified system but a central database not even GUI somewhere either in conjunction with Chief Delphi or some large already popular sight that would be in the best common internest
|
