Team 1114 Simbotics successfully stole a stack of 4 and brought it to our side during a Q-match in Pittsburgh. I believe we scored 287 QP's that round.

Pictures!
I've seen our robot do its stuff now i'm really interested to see how everyone else solved the problem.
Anyone who has stolen stacks have pictures of their mechanism? Or better pictures in action/videos? |

Stealing
We have stolen stacks more than once. In practice rounds at Grand Rapids regional, we stole stacks twice. Sadly, we had some problems with our robot and only stole stacks once in competition after that. We also built a stack of 5 in practice, but only got one of 2 in competition. Look for us at nationals! We'll be up and running well there!

I saw 231 Pasadena steal a human player stack of 3 during the Lone Star Regional. It was pretty surprising, because noone had seen that capability from their robot yet. They had a folding frame that they had previously used only to attack the center stacks, but they folded it around a stack of three, and slid it over the ramp and down to their side. An amazing move.
