Invitational

I am interested in trying to set up an invitational in southeast Michigan (should CDI not return). If CDI should return I am looking to set up an unofficial competition similar to the Sweet Repeat, Bash at the Beach, etc. Are there teams in the SE Michigan area interested in this?
