Powerbook or iBook?

Alright. My parents are letting me choose a gift for graduation. My sister got a car and a cellphone for her graduation. I already have both of those so I was searching for something else. At a loss of ideas, I asked one of my friends what I should get and they recomended a laptop. I liked that idea. Rather than just sticking with an x86 laptop, I decided to go a different route. I've decided I want an Apple notebook. After all the 'eww's of my friends finished, I decided on either the 14" iBook (most expensive one at $1.4k) or the 15" Powerbook (midrange at $2.2k). I just don't know which to get What should I get?
