I suggest that you pose the question to FIRST for an official response.
However off the top of my head I would say no, because as a lubricant it would get on the field and that is against the rules for lubricants including grease and oil. very hard substance to control. Remember the bowlers that use it on their shoes and then you almost break your leg if you are the next bowler? Same problem here!

My theory is just to not use it and don't ask FIRST or they will ban babypowder and anything legal that is like it.
