Actually, by writing "is usually called this," you're asking for the word that happens to be a name more than you're asking about the person.

But either way, it's still referencing a person (even though it's fictional). So it'd be "who is".

Why are we arguing over this anyway?

You're asking for the name, and a name is a thing, so it's a noun, so it's what, not who.

We're arguing because I'm bored.
