Teflon Paste

Hi! Instead of using teflon tape, we were hoping to use teflon paste. Does anyone know if this is allowed? We checked the addtl. hardware list, but still aren't sure. Any info you could give us would be appreciated!

I believe there is a rule reguarding pastes and liquids. It is something like you arent aloud ot use anything that would leave a wet spot or come off on a piece of paper or cloth. You might want to check on that
