If you want a horizontal rule tag do this:
[hr][/hr]

And you get:

Just to put a little perspective... I asked Brandon about this at 8:25. It took a whole 8 minutes for him to write the hack, then post about it. Impressive, I must say.

Well, vBulletin has an interface to add custom vBCode. I typed about 6 characters, and it was done. It wasn't that big of a deal.

Err .. um.. I slaved for hours... uh..
