MARLINS WIN GOING OT THE WORLD SERIES
I WILL BE AT THE GAME ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY DOWN HERE IN FLORIDA I THINK THAT IS GAME 3 AND 5. so sweet like one of my best memories was beeing at game 7 in 1997 watching the hit to win the world series and ig et to live through another one. I mean some people never get to see there home team or favorite team go to the world series but i get to see them twice within 6 years. its Great if you never been to a world series game. Its one of the greatest atmospheres i have ever been in. let me break down the cost for you top top top upper deck start at 60 till down on the field gets about about 145. And i will be on first base line WEll good luck to allcurse of the billy goat still moves on GO MARLINS |

Something is wrong in the world when both the Cubs and the Red Sox are 5 outs away from going to the world series, and neither one makes it. Things just are not right.
I guess the fact that people on these teams are being paid the equivalent of some nations' GNP proves that things are not right either. Last edited by Andy Baker : 17-10-2003 at 00:26. |

Marlins used all of their pitchers...Josh Beckett was used way too much, Willis has been just awful, Brad Penny isn't doing too hot and Pavano blew game 6 but they still won by the grace of God...
Marlins are done. Yankees in 5 |

Clark... I'm going to assume you meant the Bears!
As for the Championship series... DJ is right, Beckett was used way too many times in comparison as to how many games Prior and Wood pitched. He was both starting and relief, I believe. And as for the fan that caught the ball, Chicago is not happy with him right now. Last edited by Amanda Morrison : 17-10-2003 at 11:59. |

Penny is horrible he shouldnt even be in the rotation, Willis has been off and for us to win this series he needs to come back. Hopefully beckett isnt to tired, he has been used alot. Redman(i dont know if thats how you spell it) He has his on and off days but are hitting is gonna have to step up another notch if we are gonna win. And dont remeber if we are down in a game dont always count us out. WE where down every game in the cub series except for one and we cam back to win 4 of them

Dave Barry Explains the Situation
If you keep up with Dave Barry then you'll have read the two articles below. If not, read them - they're funny, yet highly truthful. I remember listening to him talk last year at Cornell and it was great.
