Rotating Actuators?

One of our teams mentors suggested that by using a rotating actuator we could solve one of our problems. But, my question is: are we allowed to use rotating actuators (they are available from Bimba.....)? I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but could anyone verify that for me? Thanks......

Is it in the Small Parts catalog?
Is it on the Additional Hardware list?
Was it included in the kit?

If you can answer 'YES' to any one of these questions, than the answer is YES
If not, than NO

Fortuantly they have provided us with an array of motors and servos for rotation.

More would be nice. I really like the globe motor and it's gearbox. More motor / gearbox combos like that would be so cool. The Fisher-Price is neat, but 'cmon... that's a freaking huge gearbox! Oh well 8)
