FIRST Music

I've noticed that at all FIRST events, they play the same music over and over. One such song is Sandstorm. Now, I'm wondering, how does the FIRST music system work? Do they have to pay for every single song?

And am I the only one who thinks they should get more music? Such as...maybe not play a song more than once? I'm really getting tired of Sandstorm.
