Question 3ds max 6 License Export

I was wondering if any of you'll know how to transfer the license for 3ds max 6. I was able to do it in 5, but I didn't see the tool in 6.

I looked in the help file, but got nowhere.

I am using the Download Demo.

Re: 3ds max 6 License Export

i've never tried- though contacting discreet or the company in question is often the safest way to transfer a licence from computer to computer.

I'm sure that there is something very similar (if not the same) in max 6. I'm sure that descreet just doesn't put licence transfer functionallity in the demo, because, it is a demo and there is no licence .

As I look at my max 5, i see that there is a seperate help file for the licence transfer thingie.

I'm sure you'll be safe
