UCF regional!

LoL well.. next year I'll be going to school at UCF. Where I havn't fully decided what I'll be doing.

I'll either be working with 1083 ( ya'll watch out.. )

Or be fully involved with working on like Florida FIRST or something..

Not quite sure

But I'll be at the competition either way.

This year's regional competition was awesome! Everybody's right--the teams were great! A special thanks to everybody for making it so awesome!

I can't believe how well we did--even when our robot flipped, bending our arm, and when other things went wrong...we persevered and did great! Plus we got the Judge's Award

Amanda and Tytus were great drivers, and Daniel and David were awesome human players...ask anybody on our team, most can vouch for it--when Amanda and Tytus did one of the matches, we were actually talking about how when they get up there they become like one person.

Thanks to everyone for making UCF amazing. (Though was it really necessary for Flashback to yell "We love you, Kristina" while getting on their bus? *blushes*) I can't wait for nationals... Atlanta will never be the same.

Oh, I got the slideshow from Friday afternoon shortly after they showed it, so if it isn't posted yet, lemme know and I'll post it later (insanely slow connection at home, so I don't want to if it's not needed).

Any word on practice fields yet? Making you set your's up in the south 40 last time stunk - with autonomous mode so critical we need access to at least a couple areas for running around with the ball tees.

Oh yeah, and what hotels are all your teams staying at? (Besides the ones that have been said.)
We're staying at a near by place called "La Quinta" I think. Don't know how many teams will be there. Oh well.

Yeah...its the La Quinta Inn at UCF..anyone else staying there??

i stayed at the la quinta during robot rodeo it was nice but no high speed interent like the hilton

I cannot wait for UCF after watching the elimination rounds of the VCU Regional. I guess we are going to try and "raise the bar" since UCF is going to have a live webcast. Totally sweet.

hahaha, that's EXACTLY what I did this morning. A good 11 hours of sleep for the resevoir
