Question Reconstructing the Drill Motors After Removing the Clutch.

At the risk of embarrasing myself,

Im having some trouble with the drill motors.

We followed the guide to removing the clutch on our drill motors. Then enters our problem. I think theyre broken...but in anycase i dont know how to uh....reassemble them. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.....

Nick,
The trans only goes back together one way and the clutch ring only fits through the end cap one way. You also may have a problem with the gears/coupling not meshing. Try turning the output shaft while you push the two halves together. It might take a third hand to turn while you put the parts together. Don't get frustrated, just take your time, it will go together.
