IR Transmitters- Hot?

Hey everyone,
My programmers and I have noticed that the resistors on the IR board are getting really hot when we apply power from the edubot controller... So far we've checked voltages and whatnot. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?

Tim

The resistors should be getting warm, but not hot. Are they too hot to hold? If so, something is wrong. The original wiring diagram had an error where pins 2 and 3 of the MOSFET were swapped. This diagram is the correct one.
