**FIRST EMAIL**/EDURobotics Survey Now Available On-Line!

Greetings Teams!

As part of the ongoing effort to improve the FIRST experience, we are asking the team leader from every FIRST Robotics Team to complete a very important on-line survey asking for your feedback on the FIRST EDURobotics Kit. The survey is located at: http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2004...s/Edu2004.html

The EDURobotics Kit was introduced last year as a way of helping FIRST teams prepare for the annual FIRST Robotics Competition. The survey is designed to let us know how many teams are using the Kit, whether it has functioned as intended, and whether it has helped your team prepare for the FIRST Robotics Competition. The questionnaire will only take a few minutes to complete and will help us continue to improve the Kit next year.

**IMPORTANT** - Even if your team did not use the Kit, please complete a survey. You will only have to answer a few questions, and it is important for us to know how many teams used and did not use the Kits and why.

To help us with this evaluation effort, we have contracted with the Center for Youth and Communities at Brandeis University. Brandeis staff will conduct the analysis of the survey and will be calling selected teams for additional information and feedback. Please note that your responses to the survey questions are confidential and will only be seen by the evaluation team at Brandeis University. No one at FIRST will see the individual survey responses.

If you have any questions about the survey or the FIRST EDUrobotics Kit, please contact Cindy Randall at FIRST at 800-871-8326, extension #403, or by email at Crandall@usfirst.org.
