Looks good! My suggestions are:

-On the navigation bar move the small gear image a little to the right.
-Center the FIRST image on the nav bar
-Move the Multimedia gear down

And a question:

-What's the "spr" on the top right?

Very nice color scheme you guys have chosen. One suggestion, on the left navigation bar, possibly when you roll over a link, you can make the background a different color? This may just be a personal preference of mine, but I don't personally like a navigation bar where you have to wait for the little hand to appear
