In the "marked-up version" of the Rules, it strikes-through the part about adding the point to the opposing team. Can you confirm my understanding of that? I also assume that if a small ball were de-scored from team A, that team B would get the 10pt penalty, and team A would still get their original 5pts for that ball. Sorry, I know this isn't the original intent of thread, but wanted to bring up the point and have it verified.....
