The Mechanical Bulls present. . .
Okay, so the kids are really proud of their machine, and I *know* you've all been itching to see some pictures.
So, we're proud to show the first pictures of the *almost* complete robot, El Toro. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/pi...rrow=4&trows=3 An overview. . .you can't really make out much but the shape. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/pi...&action=single A close-up of the front end. http://www.magenet.com/~imagination/ElToro/backside.jpg http://www.magenet.com/~imagination/ElToro/cover_on.jpg http://www.magenet.com/~imagination/...front_view.jpg It's a monster drive train (66.2 lbs!!), and we'll be able to viciously handle one goal. . . we'd planned on two, but the aforementioned drivetrain weighed a bit more than I had anticipated. If you've got questions, I've got answers ![]() Cruisin' and bruisin', |
