SRT 10 beats lighting's speed record

In the latest publication of Truckin, they took the new Dodge SRT-10 and tried to beat the lighting's top speed record. The SRT is running the v-10 viper engine in it . The old record of the lightning was 144.5 mph (.:looks for magazine, grr cant find it:.). The SRT blew that number out of the water by doing 155.7 setting the new land speed record for trucks. The SRT is a amazing truck which i would love to get my hands on but with a base price of $45,000 i dont think i will be touching it soon. Ford is coming with a new lighting it wont be a SVT since that line was stopped. It was suppose to come out latta this year but problems with the suspension and breaking system is pushing back the release date. The new lighting is suppose to tip the price scales..base price $50,000, but its suppose to be faster then the SRT.....ooooo i cant wait
