Josh, would it be allright if 811 replaced your (2001) 191?
Otherwise you can have any team picked after yo that was not picked by the actual owner of the team (like we gave them a pick because of absence).

I think the 2003 wpi machine would only run if they are short a team. So if 811 is in, then 191 would be out.

OK, so I retract my previous statement. 191 may not be participating, so they won't be drafted. If a team does not show up to WPI and 191 does then participate, then the owner of that team will be given 191.
