[FVG]: Decision/Status Info
this thread has been created because i realize that i have not done a good enough job of organizing the communication within this project. as i stated here, we need a thread to show all the information that has been decided about the game, the status of all the decisions not yet made, and other info that people need when contacting outside parties. please refer to this thread before any outside correspondences.
