Battery Rules
My team competed in VCU/NASA over the weekend and here are the 'rule changes/clarifications' that occured.
-You may have 2 chargers. They may be last year's or this year's. Anyone may buy a 4 amp charger to substitute for this year's charger. (This years 1 amp Exide chargers are VERY VERY slow! It'll take at least an hour to recoop from a round) -You may have any two batteries but not any more than two in your pit. The rules kept changing during the competition but these seemed to be the final rulings. Can anybody tell me if the rules were different in KSC? -Kai Zhao |

We (122) asked and got the ruling that you can have spare batteries in the pit to use when you test the robot in the pits, but only 2 can be in circulation on the robot in matches. Stephen, who loved VCU and now can't wait for Philly |

I didnt hear of any rulings on batteries at KSC. I know we had 3 batteries, heat wave(312) was behind us in the pit they had alot more than 3, and so did team 168 the flashbacks.
