"Thunderbirds" Vs. "Team America" Which one will rule the box office?

Let's see.. Does Universal own Paramount, or the other way around, or are they two different companies??

Would be nice to see the opening box office figures on both of these movies and compare them.

As for me, I'll go see Team America, and then rent the old school Thunderbirds Are Go! on DVD.

Incase you missed, Thunderbirds FLOPPED, mainly because it didn't stay true to it's material. Kinda like the Country Bear movie. Oh, and it didn't help that the story and movie itself just sucked.

As for Team America, I think this might be this year's cult hit, a la Blair Witch, only no suckyness.

I saw the preview for Team America earlier this summer and found it immensely entertaining. I'm looking forward to seeing it . As for cult faves, it's no Donny Darko, but I suppose it'll have its lovers.

I enjoy the preview immensely . Great "cast list."

Depends on which Universal you're talking about. Since this is movies you're talking about, you probably mean Universal Pictures. They're both different companies. Paramount is the subsidary of Viacom. Universal Pictures is the movie division of Vivendi Universal (which was merged with the GE-owned NBC in May). Now if were referring to Universal Studios (which is strictly production), that is owned by Vivendi Universal, however, there are a few Paramount productions running out of Universal Studios (most notably of these is Nickelodeon). So yeah, it gets confusing.
