Did anyone loose a battery at CAL Games?

I recently went down to our robot room only to find two batteries that do not belong to us. There's a sticker saying "Do not hold by cords" or something like that, and a partially ripped sticker saying 2003... can't read the team name. So if any team that participated in the 2004 CAL games at Woodside happened to have lost two batteries, we have them

Re: Did anyone loose a battery at CAL Games?

We actually have a back-up battery from team 968. If anyone from 968 would contact team 1097 (jrobo at jhssac.org), we will return your battery as soon as possible. Helped us get through our last matches. Thanks!

Also team 1097 is missing a back-up battery charger. We went down there with it however during our unpack this week, we discovered it missing. If anyone has an extra, it might be ours. Please contact us if you accidentally picked it up.

Re: Did anyone loose a battery at CAL Games?

Our team is missing 6 of our batteries, as well as all 3 of our battery chargers. Some batteries have stickers on them that say "do not pick up by cords" or something to that effect, and others have "2003" on them. The chargers are in a wood and line-x case.

Could you please give me a call at (408)250-6729? We need to find those batteries before RoboNexus.

Yeah, we feel REALLY stupid for this one...

Re: Did anyone loose a battery at CAL Games?

Yeah haha i found out that the stuff belonged to the cheesypoofs. I'm pretty sure McKenna talked to you about it, Cory said he was gonna pick them up on Thursday.

We actually only have two batteries and thats it (plus a bunch of old clothes, if anyone's missing any). I remember seeing that battery box thing along with the three chargers, but I just assumed that the team that left them there was helping clean up. Next day I come back I just saw these two batteries... no charger or any other batteries. Not too sure where the chargers and other things went...

If you'd prefer to pick them up yourself we'll be there this Thursday at around 7:00 PM, that or we could just bring them to you at RoboNexus, or something or other.

BTW, tried calling that number, no one picked up...

Do your chargers happen to be one unit? We happened to find these sets of batteries chargers at the corner of the gym when we were cleaning up along with a few batteries.
