Extra time on the login cookie?
Would it be possible to get more time on the login cookie?
Often times, I get distracted and don't come back to CD for more than 15 minutes (that seems to be the time) and I am logged out. Would it be possible to raise this to something larger. Even better would be to make it a session cookie that expires when you close the browser. Thanks |

it doesnt totally log you out, does it?
it should just mark all msg's as read if youve been idle for 15 minutes |

It asks me for my user-name and password if I try to reply. It also doesn't let me vote in polls.
I think once that after I was idle for a while, I no longer showed up in the logged in users either. Maybe I'm not totally logged out, but its close ![]() Next time it happens, I'll investigate further. BTW, this is in IE 5.5. |

Maybe I was confusing browsers. It just happened to me in Opera 5.12.
I keep messing with it to figure out what I can. |

Its probably a browser cookie problem, though it may just be a cookie set to expire to soon.
