Spy vs. Spy and Mountain Dew

I just saw a new Mountain Dew commercial today and they're using the Spy vs. Spy characters. I imagine they'll be more of these as the first one left off with "to be continued". I've only seen it so far on Spike TV but it'll probably be on other networks shortly.

Re: Spy vs. Spy and Mountain Dew

they have been showing them during the NASCAR races, especially a few weeks ago and the Mountain Dew Southern 500 at Darlington. But they have been on during most of the NASCAR races this season, because mountain dew sponsors two cars Mayfield the #19 and Kasey Kahne the #9 dodge. The commercials are pretty funny, i think they got it from the old MAD TV comic books.

Ok...Ok....I'll admit it. I hate Dew!

I've tried it several times and I can't stand it (maybe I'm not normal, but we'll save that for another thread! ) and I'll be much happier with regular Coke or Pepsi or orange soda. If I really want caffine then I'll drink coffee.

I posted Spy vs. Spy and Mountain Dew because today was the first time I saw those commercials and I was surprised no one else brought it up on here yet.

Perhaps some of us anti-Dew people should form a support group here on Delphi. You don't know how hard it is being on a FIRST team and hating Mountain Dew!

Re: Spy vs. Spy and Mountain Dew

These Spy vs. Spy commercials have been running in my area for quite some time now (4 or 5 months) and I've only seen the first one.

I don't ... *hate* Dew ... but I'd rather have something else. Though, if it's 3 a.m. and you've been working on a robot for the past 12 hours, and there's nothing else to drink I'll take a Dew.

I've only seen one of the Spy v. Spy commercials, a few times. Then again, I don't watch too much TV...
