Greetings Teams:

Initial Event Payment Extension
FIRST has become aware of an abundance of teams that are still having difficulty meeting the December 3rd event payment deadline date. We appreciate teams taking the time to make us aware of their situations, and for those that have been able to meet this deadline, we thank you. In an effort to further assist those who are still having difficulty, we will extend this deadline one time this season to December 10th. For all those having difficulty that have not been in touch with FIRST, please email frcteams@usfirst.org with details regarding payment intent at your earliest possible convenience. Please put in Subject Line: Initial Event Payment Information.

**IMPORTANT** Please note that all other deadlines for December 3rd still apply!

Grants Information
For all those that have received grants through NASA, LEGO or FIRST, we will update TIMS to reflect the amount received by December 10th.

Regional Hotel Information
Regional hotel reservations will open at 12:00 pm EST, Friday December 3rd. Please go to http://www.ths-frc.com/ to make your reservations!

Safety Animation Contest
Please remember that the "Care Enough to Act" deadline Safety Animation Contest submissions must be posted on Streamline by Wednesday, December 15, 2004 12:00 noon EST.

Autodesk Update
Many of you have received your software from Autodesk by now. Just a reminder that the Autodesk software is intended for support of FIRST team efforts only and is not licensed for schools to use in classrooms or labs outside of supporting FIRST.
