A few forum features temporarily turned off.

In order to lighten the load on the server, I have turned off a few of the 'perks' on the forums that some of you may have enjoyed. They tend to cause unnecessary load on the server, and any little bit can help.

The listing of people viewing a particular thread (at the bottom) is gone for a while, as well as the listing of people viewing a particular forum. You can still see this on the 'Whos Online' page, as well as the users detail.

I've also increased the # of seconds allowed between searches. It was 6 seconds, it is now 25.

I may turn them off once the initial rush dies down, but for now they're the first to go.

Is there really more of a load today than yesterday? We already have a new record for online users (255, about an hour ago), and since 10AM EST: 54 new members, 79 new threads, 101 active threads, 561 posts. We've had 399,673 hits since 4:25am EST, also.
