Team Information Question

In the Team Information Management System (TIMS), I was wondering at what point the team information is due. For example, the team name, motto, robot name, etc. On the menu on the left, it says by 12/3 and the judging info is due on the 23rd of January. So when is the non judging info due?

Wow, I really need to read the FIRST site some more. I'm so out of it.
